This is an exciting and rewarding flight crew qualification that expands on your current license and is a significant step towards operating more complex non-type rated aircraft. This also leads you to your Multi Engine Command Instrument Rating.

The initial rating is designed to give you the theoretical and practical understanding of mutli-engine flying, setting the foundation for your career or flying goals, no matter what size aircraft you aspire to control, these fundamental and important lessons will be useful.

You will be taken through multi engine aerodynamics and systems knowledge as well as useful techniques for handling a multi engine aircraft under all conditions of flight, asymmetric and symmetric. The real-world experience of our instructors will simplify the knowledge to allow you the maximum capacity to fly the aircraft safely and enjoyably.

You will be taught the vital differences between the aerodynamic and safety considerations of single and multi engine aircraft. This foundational course will ensure you feel confident and are competent at taking on this exciting next step in your professional or private flying.

This endorsement can be done in as little as 10 hours plus included theory briefings.

You can complete this in as little as one week, or at your own pace. Like most fundamental training programs, we recommend you keep the lessons as close together as you can afford to, this will make it easier to carry the new skills you learn onto the next lesson
